Aratoi: Wet Plate Portrait Sessions

  • Wairarapa Museum of Art and History 12 Bruce Street Masterton, Wellington, 5810 New Zealand (map)

To celebrate the opening of Look closely and tell me what you see: Photographs from the Collection at Wairarapa Museum of Art & History,  I’ll be taking my mobile darkroom (a 1950's Bond-wood caravan) to  Masterton to craft timeless portraits using the wet plate collodion process.

Plates will be posted to clients once varnished & cured, a week or so after their session.

Portrait sessions are $150.  Sessions last 45 minutes and are limited to 2 people per plate

Sessions are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment
